These general terms apply to website use and business enquiries submitted to Laizhou Dingrong Steel Structure Co., Ltd. A signed sales contract, pro forma invoice or confirmed quotation takes priority where its terms differ.

Quotations and specifications

Website information is for general reference. Prices, dimensions, materials, configurations, certifications, production schedules and shipping costs are confirmed in a written quotation. Customers are responsible for reviewing drawings and specifications before production approval.

Orders and payment

An order becomes binding when the parties confirm the commercial terms and the required deposit or payment is received. Payment method, currency, milestones and bank charges are stated in the applicable quotation or contract.

Changes and cancellation

Requested changes may affect price and delivery time. Custom production may begin after approval or payment and cannot always be cancelled. Any cancellation arrangement must be confirmed in writing.

Site requirements and compliance

The customer is responsible for local planning permission, foundations, utilities, lifting, installation conditions and compliance with destination-country rules unless the contract expressly assigns those services to us.

Intellectual property and website use

Website text, photographs, drawings and branding may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission. You must not misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.
