Returns & Refunds

Most Dingrong products are manufactured or configured for a specific project. Return, replacement and refund terms are therefore agreed for each order and are subject to the signed contract or confirmed quotation.

Before production

Please verify drawings, dimensions, materials, colors, accessories and quantities before approval. If you request cancellation before production starts, we will review committed design, material, banking and administrative costs and confirm any available refund in writing.

Custom and produced goods

Custom-made, modified or completed products generally cannot be returned because they may not be suitable for another customer. Cancellation after production begins may result in deductions up to the value of work completed and costs already committed.

Damage, shortage or non-conformity

Inspect goods and documents promptly. Notify us in writing within the claim period stated in your contract, with the order number, affected item, description, photographs, video and transport records. Do not discard or alter affected items before the claim is reviewed.

Resolution

After verification, an agreed remedy may include replacement parts, repair guidance, credit, partial refund or another commercially reasonable solution. Refunds, where approved, are made according to the written agreement and original payment arrangements.
